Created in 2006 by the Fondation du Judaïsme Français, the Yuval Association and the Henriette Halphen Foundation, under the aegis of the Fondation du Judaïsme Français, the European Institute of Jewish Music has become the most important center for the preservation and dissemination of Jewish music in Europe, thanks to the loyal support of its partners and donors.

Helping the engagement of founders and the generosity of donators, the French Judaism Foundation is involved in a large spectrum of activities, participating, as set out in its statutes, in all fields of public interest : solidarity, cultural projects, educative institutions, youth, civic dialogue…

The Foundation favors the exchanges and offers its skills to all who wish to involve oneself in an institution, a project, or to serve universal and republican values.

Created under the aegis of the French Judaism Foundation, the Henriette Halphen Foundation’s goals are to support the actions developed by the EIJM,  to award grants allowing the training and work of musicologists and  to organize events in tribute to Henriette Halphen-Schumann (conferences, concerts, publications etc.).

Created in 1985 by the professors Israel Adler, Frank Alvarez-Pereyre and Simha Arom, Yuval, a French association for the preservation of the Jewish musical traditions, aims to collect, preserve, study and spread the Jewish musical traditions of France and abroad.

The Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah is a private foundation recognized as a public interest association. Its endowment comes from the restitution by the State and concerned financial institutions of unclaimed funds that originate from the spoliation of French Jews during the Second World War.

With the financial products of this endowment, the Foundation subsidises the  Mémorial de la Shoah (in Paris and Drancy) and supports projects that allow to expand the knowledge on the Shoah,  to help struggling survivors, to pass on the heritage of Jewish culture, to fight antisemitism and promote the multicultural dialogue.

The aims of Rothschild Foundation  – Alain de Rothschild Institute are the study and implementation of proper means in order to improve the living conditions, in particular in the field of lodging. It also gives its support for the development of projects of the French Jewish community.

Created in Paris in 1860 for the defense of the Jewish community and the promotion of the human rights, the Alliance Israélite Universelle (AIU) has transformed, in years, in a strong educative institution that revolutionized the Jewish and French speaking world. An international Jewish institution dedicated to education, the AIU holds an exceptional part centered on the professional and academic success as well as for the transmission of an identity founded on the texts of the tradition, the culture, the history and geography of the Jewish people and the state of Israel.
